Hi, I'm Claire! I'm a Sports Dietitian (MS RD CSSD) with over 10 years of experience working with athletes of all abilities, and I'm also a longtime distance runner myself. My goal is to make nutrition less stressful and confusing so that you can feel and perform your best in your athletic AND everyday life, because you are a human first, and athlete second. I offer a variety of services, including virtual nutrition 1:1 and small group coaching, free and low-cost digital downloads, and a self-paced sports nutrition course. I also host The Eat for Endurance Podcast, featuring athlete nutrition profiles and interviews with fellow Sports RDs on a variety of important nutrition topics.
